
Adding flavour to Birch and Waite's sales
Birch and Waite is an artisan maker of premium mayonnaises, sauces and dressings. Despite having a reputation second to none in the food service sector, brand awareness amongst consumers was quite low. And, unlike their long-life, shelf-stable competitors, because they're batch-crafted and fresh, Birch & Waite products are merchandised in the chilled section - making them harder to find
Our creative challenge was to leverage their food service expertise amongst consumers – whilst at the same time delivering consumer utility. And given that many of the products are highly awarded. This wasn’t too difficult a task.
We developed a unifying thought for the range - 'Good becomes great with Birch and Waite' - and communicated the brands' ‘superiority’ across premium magazine titles, heavy digital display, social and a redesigned web presence.
