Using FOMO to drive acquisition

'Fear Of Missing Out' (or FOMO) is a powerful motivator – particularly for socially-obsessed millennials. So when Campus Living Villages, a global developer of student accommodation, asked us to work with them on an acquisition campaign designed to get new students to sign up, we decided to leverage next level FOMO (with a twist of humour). How? By demonstrating what might happen if you fail to sign up for student accommodation in time.

 

‘Don’t leave it too late’ was developed to run across social, EDMs and on-campus posters.
