Campus Living Villages approached us with an idea to help increase the utilisation of their properties when their student residents were on hiatus.  Given their proximity to major Universities and major cities, why not convert some of the rooms into low budget, short stay accommodation during these times?

So we created 'Yoocube' a budget accommodation brand.

We collaborated with CLV on the guest experience and then designed the awareness and acquisition creative.
